  • Offers digital products via instant downloads and sharing features
  • Offers printed book services through print-on-demand fulfillment

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

  • Free Account: Access to limited features for memoir creation, preview and editing
  • Paid Account: Full access to all features, paid digital products and print services

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • Digital product pricing is displayed before purchase
  • Print-on-demand book pricing is displayed before purchase
  • Prices vary by region (USD, EUR, GBP)
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination

4.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified

4.3 Refunds

  • Digital memoir content: No refunds after generation
  • Printed books: Refunds available for defective products within 30 days of delivery
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

  • You retain all rights to the content you provide (stories, photos, memories)
  • You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service
  • We will not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than creating your memoir

5.2 AI-Generated Content

  • Memoirs generated by our AI are based on your input
  • You own the final memoir content
  • You may edit, share, and print your memoir as you wish

5.3 Service Content

  • The MeantToSay platform, including AI technology, design, and software, is owned by the Company
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Service

6. Print Services

6.1 Fulfillment

  • Printed books are produced through third-party print-on-demand services
  • Production typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Shipping times vary by destination
  • Digital products are available to download immediately after purchase. Download links are valid for 90 days

6.2 Quality

  • We use professional printing standards
  • If you receive a defective book, contact support within 30 days for a replacement

6.3 International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide
  • You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection

  • We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Your memoir content is encrypted and stored securely
